To help us fix a problem quickly, please include:

  • your phone or tablet model, and its Android or iOS version
  • the game version (shown on the title screen)
  • what happened, where in the game, and a screenshot if you can

Requirements

Sadak Fury runs on Android 8.0 or newer, and on iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or newer. The whole game plays offline.

Multiplayer can't find a race

  • All phones must be on the same Wi-Fi network, or connected to one phone's hotspot.
  • On iPhone and iPad, allow Local Network when the game asks. If you said no, turn it on in Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network → Sadak Fury.
  • Some public, office and hotel Wi-Fi networks stop phones from seeing each other. If a race doesn't show up, switch to a phone hotspot.
  • Everyone needs the same version of the game. A race from another version is shown greyed out as "Other game version": update the game on every phone.
  • Up to 8 riders can join one race. AI riders fill any empty places.

The game is slow or the phone gets hot

  • The game picks a graphics level for your phone automatically. If it still stutters, choose a lower graphics level in the game's settings.
  • Battery saver modes can limit the frame rate. Turn them off while you play, if you can.
  • Close other apps running in the background.

Your progress

  • Your career, bikes and settings are saved on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes them.
  • There is no cloud save yet, so progress can't be moved to another phone.
  • You can change your rider name at any time in the game's settings.

Your data

The game has no accounts, and we hold none of your game data. To delete everything, uninstall the game, or clear its storage (on Android: Settings → Apps → Sadak Fury → Storage → Clear data). Read the privacy policy for the details, or email privacy@sadakfury.com.
